Privacy policy

This policy explains how Manifelle (“we”, “us”) handles your personal data when you visit manifelle.com, sign up for The 30-Day HALO or buy one of our guides. We are the data controller. [Legal entity name and registered address — to confirm]. Contact: hello@manifelle.com.

What we collect

• Your name and email when you sign up for the free guide or buy a guide. Sign-ups and purchases are handled by our platform provider, Whop, which also collects payment details. We never see your full card details.
• Anonymous usage statistics through Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not identify you.
• Advertising data through the Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel, only if you click “Accept” on our cookie banner.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

• To deliver the guide you asked for and provide access to it (contract).
• To send you occasional HALO practices by email (consent, which you give when you sign up). You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
• To understand how the site is used and keep it working well (legitimate interests).
• To measure which posts and ads bring visitors to us (consent).
• To keep records of sales for tax and accounting (legal obligation).

Cookies

We don't set advertising cookies unless you accept them. If you accept, the Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel may set cookies to measure visits and sign-ups from those platforms. If you reject, they never load. We remember your choice in your browser's local storage.

Who we share it with

• Whop (checkout, product delivery and customer emails).
• Vercel (website hosting and cookieless analytics).
• Meta and TikTok (only if you accept advertising cookies).

Some of these providers process data outside the UK. Where they do, they use safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep your email for as long as you stay subscribed. Purchase records are kept for six years for tax purposes.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete or move your data, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@manifelle.com. If you're unhappy with our reply, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
