Refund policy

Digital downloads

The HALO Method for Love & Money is digital content supplied as an instant PDF download. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content, that right ends once the download or access begins, provided you agreed to this beforehand.

Before checkout, we ask you to tick a box confirming: “I want immediate access to the PDF. I understand that once I start downloading it, I lose my 14-day right to cancel.” Because of this, we can't offer refunds once you have accessed the PDF.

If you haven't accessed it yet

If you bought the guide but have not opened or downloaded it, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll cancel and refund your order.

If something's wrong with the file

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 still apply. If the file is faulty, won't open, or isn't as described, email us and we'll replace it. If we can't fix it, we'll give you a refund.

Free guides

The 30-Day HALO is free, so there's nothing to refund. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time.
