Who Manifelle is
Manifelle is a virtual creator persona. The HALO Method guides are for personal reflection and are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.
The guides
Our guides are digital PDF downloads. They are delivered through Whop, which also processes payment and sends your receipt. Prices are shown in US dollars and include any taxes Whop is required to collect.
Not advice, and no promised outcomes
The HALO Method is a set of reflective practices about your own habits and patterns. It is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and it does not replace professional help. We make no promise about any particular result in your relationships, finances or anything else. If you are dealing with abuse, debt you can't manage or your mental health, please contact a qualified professional or a free support service.

When you get a guide, you may download, print and use it for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please don't share, resell or republish it. All content on this site and in the guides is © 2026 Manifelle.
